Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
The return product will be picked up from your location. Note that the product needs to be in original condition and tags need to be attached.
Once we receive the item - we’ll send you an email/SMS to let you know of approval/rejection of your refund.
Once the refund is approved - the amount will be credited and reflected via your original mode of payment within 15 days
